I've opened a gallery of some of my available work on Etsy. I will be adding more over the next week or so. Enjoy and please share with anyone who you think might be interested... www.etsy.com/shop/RedOakStudios
I bought this vent for my kiln last fall and it's been in a box until now. It was a complicated puzzle that I've spent the whole week trying to solve and tonight, at long last, it is installed, working and in use. My mother would be so proud!
I've been making these moss mugs for friends and family and now they are available at The River Gallery in Narrowsburg, NY and also at The Upper Mill Mercantile in Milford, PA. A pair of Moss Mugs look great on a table outside between 2 chairs, they also make a fun center piece for your patio table. They're easy to take care of and love shade or partial shade.
I have always loved the egyptian bowl with human feet and I guess the memory of it has been residing in my subconscious because I've had this need to make my own. I'll post the final photo when they are completed.
