These 4 pieces along with 16 others will be featured at Carteret Contemporary in Morehead City, North Carolina this summer. The show opens tonight along with work by Vicki Bruner and Nathan Hoffman. I will not be there in person, but it should be a fun show. If you're in the area, I hope you will go and see it!

I will have 4 pieces in the annual "Art in Sixes" show at the Alliance Gallery in Narrowsburg, NY. 

In it's tenth year, “Art in Sixes” features artwork no larger than six inches in any direction and includes a wide range of mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture, fiber, ceramics, and photography from artists in Sullivan County and the upper Delaware River region. Art makes a great gift! The show runs from November 15th though December 23rd.

I am very happy to be a finalist in the 46th annual "Art of the State" exhibition at the State Museum of Pennsylvania. The show runs from June 23rd through September 8th and includes 137 works selected from 1,933 entries. Images of the finalists are available on Flickr.

Everything in the show is priced under $250 and to quote the postcard, "Art is a Gift. Give art gifts". Amen to that! There is affordable work by many talented artists.

Last night was the opening for the Warwick Valley Humane Society at the WVFA in Warwick, NY. It was a fun night. The show runs through the end of the month. There is a lot of nice work and every purchase supports a great cause. I have 3 pieces on display, Honey, It Takes a Flock and Rosalind and Orlando as well as 6 finger puppets. The gallery is open M-F from 10 to 5.
